Retailers again Crime (RAC)

Stephanie joined Retailers Against Crime in 2011 and is now CEO, leading all RAC operations across the UK. She is passionate about improving retail worker safety, building strong partnerships with retailers, police, and community organisations, and changing perceptions of retail crime by highlighting its economic impact.

Lisa Maslen

National Business Crime Centre (NBCC)

Superintendent Lisa Maslen joined the City of London Police in May 2025 , taking over as lead for the National Business Crime Centre.  Previously Lisa was the Met Police Business Crime lead for the last 2.5 years where she worked across London raising issues that affect business, worked to prevent violence whilst developing and sharing best practice.  Lisa sits on the BCRP National Standards Accreditation Board.

Graeme Mitchell

Academic

After qualifying as an Environmental Health Practitioner (EHP) in 1992, Graeme spent the next 15 years working for various Local Authorities across the North West of England. Whilst he was involved in all aspects of Environmental Health, his career had a very public health focus covering areas such as pest control, nuisance, emergency planning and animal welfare.
